"Immortality" is one of the oldest tracks I ever composed. It dates back to "Gateway", an electronic ambient/pop album I created around 2005 but never released. It's always been one of my favourites; a labyrinthian, ever evolving soundscape with luscious pads, vocal fx, driving beats and bass. All threaded with morse code and a mantra I recited myself (a Buddhist mantra "Tadyatha gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha"; roughly translating as "gone beyond, gone beyond the other shore to enlightenment"). B-side "Sanctum" was composed more recently, possibly during the making of my first released album "The Stars Do Dream" (2019) (available via Astropilot Music). It's a pure mood piece; a luxuriant and "drifty" vibe.
